When might I NOT need unemployment insurance?
When you have sufficient revenue from other sources such as saving or shares, unemployment protection insurance is not always required. Unemployment insurance isn't right for everybody so if you are one of the lucky few who have sufficient savings to tide them through a period of unemployment you may not need unemployment insurance.
Alternatively if you believe you could realistically adapt your lifestyle to take account of reduced income following unemployment, then you may consider this unemployment insurance or any other unemployment insurance product to be unnecessary.
Always remembering of course that the choice is yours and yours alone.
