Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI)
With AntInsurance you can cover 100% of your mortgage payments, plus 25% extra for your mortgage related insurance such as mortgage endowment, life insurance or building and contents insurance.
- You may receive up to 75% of your net monthly income to a maximum of £1,500 per month. The payment are monthly for the length of your chosen benefit period or until you return to work, which ever comes first.
- The policy is Back to Day 1 - considered to be the best type of cover, Back to Day 1 means that you can make an mortgage protection insurance claim after just 30 or more consecutive days of not working through accident, sickness or unemployment. The mortgage protection insurance claim will then be backdated to the first day of the claim.
- You can choose between - Combined Accident, Sickness and Unemployment, Accident and sickness only and Unemployment Only.
- You can choose benefit periods of 3, 6 or 12 months - A benefit period is the length of time we will consecutively pay you for any one period of accident, sickness or unemployment (you can make multiple claims for the life of the policy that can continue until you retire).
- We do not exclude dangerous occupations or dangerous pursuits and no medicals are required.
